Terms of Service

1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to our website and the provision of custom software development, diagnostic platform engineering, and managed cloud infrastructure services by Arctic Cyber LLC ("Arctic Cyber," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Statements of Work (SOW)

Custom development projects and ongoing managed hosting engagements are governed by mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, technical specifications, and fee structures.

3. Intellectual Property

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of agreed fees, all bespoke code and customizations developed specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client.
• Core Scaffolding: Arctic Cyber retains ownership of its underlying frameworks and deployment tooling, granting clients a perpetual, non-exclusive license for their embedded operation.

4. Managed Infrastructure & SLA

For managed platforms operated by Arctic Cyber:

• 99.99% Availability: Production clusters are managed to a 99.99% monthly availability objective.
• Security: All managed environments employ isolated VPC networks, automated data snapshots, and TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Monitoring: Continuous 24/7 telemetry and automated incident alerting.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary technical specifications, source code, workflows, and commercial information disclosed during the engagement.
